mratm8 Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the mratm8.org website together with all services, applications and content provided by mratm8.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers and uses the mratm8 platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registration profile on the mratm8 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, cashback or other incentive offered by mratm8 to players.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited or received in a user's account on the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.

All deposits will be credited to the player's account once payment is successfully confirmed. The general terms applicable to all mratm8 bonuses are as follows:

mratm8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violating any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with mratm8.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Using more than one account or colluding with other players to exploit bonuses.
• Using unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in games.

Users may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any legitimate fund balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to compliance with all applicable conditions.

In the event of an account suspension due to an investigation, funds may be held until the investigation is concluded. mratm8 will endeavour to complete any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

• Loss limit — set a daily, weekly or monthly loss limit.
